  • What should I bring to an in-person kettlebell class?
    All kettlebells and training equipment is provided – just bring water and a towel.
  • What should I expect for my first class?
    We focus on technique, strength and functional movements using kettlebells. Your first class is about learning and getting comfortable – no pressure to “go hard” right away. 
  • Shoes or no shoes?
    We workout with socks or barefoot – please takeoff outdoor shoes before entering the studio.
